I built GIS datasets using Model Builder that combined iEmergent's powerful market forecasts with geometry. These datasets were consumed in the Mortgage MarketSmart Silverlight web mapping application. These layers give brokers and other mortgage/loan managers the power of GIS and accuracy of iEmergent’s market forecasts to decide which markets are right for them.
